Two-Day Virtual Grief Relief Retreat
Grief is one of life’s most profound teachers — messy, unpredictable, and deeply human.
This February, in the season of love and hearts, we invite you to turn that love inward. While Valentine’s Day often centers romance, this 2-day virtual retreat offers a different expression of love: one that honors your grief, tends to your soul, and gently supports your healing.
Held online as a sacred and intentional sanctuary, this retreat creates space to pause, step back from the noise of everyday life, and enter a carefully guided environment of reflection, rest, and renewal — all from the comfort of your own home.

Guided by the depth and compassion of Bonnie Gonzalez, registered nurse, grief doula, coach, and SoulCollage® facilitator, these two days are designed with care and wisdom drawn from lived experience. You’ll be supported through a blend of compassionate community, grounding rituals, gentle movement, deep rest, and creative expression — all offered with choice, spaciousness, and respect for your personal grief journey.

The vision for this Valentine season retreat is both simple and profound: to offer you a space to be with your grief without judgment, to nurture resilience, and to gently reconnect with life — while remembering that love, in all its forms, is still present, still possible, and still yours.
